Interesting. I just read that the guy who did the score for Drive (Cliff Martinez) was once the drummer for the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I haven’t read Scar Tissue at all this week and I don’t remember if I did at all last week. I need to stop being so lazy because I feel really sad that I haven’t been reading it. I’m obsessed with what I’ve read so far though. I feel like I can really appreciate their music on a deeper level now that I’ve made an emotional “connection” to them.
